Catching Up to the Creations

I tend to home cook most of what I eat.

I tend to think of food - flavors, textures, nutritional compliments that work best for me - during the lulls of the day, or when I am drifting off to sleep, or when I am supposed to be working on a new piece in the studio. While on the morning run I might slip into thinking about running into the local grocery. And I love hearing of new combinations from my parents.

So, the point for this post is simply that I get quickly productive in the kitchen, improvising new plates from my on-hand ingredients, and I have only just put up this blog to keep up with it all!

What follows here is the product of my preparation to start a blog on food back in late Summer-early Autumn. You'll notice the produce in the meals exhibits the different season back then!
